Remove cover, clean coils, check capacitor specs, replace cover.  Clean inside filter, check air flow.   

 Pressure wash tanks (primary black, grey, galley) back flush as necessary until clean. 

Sewer hook up and water connection required (tanks must be empty and able to be flushed).  

Fall - Drain lines, add freeze protection.  

Spring - drain anti-freeze, flush lines, treat tanks.

Tankless flush and clean. 

Specifically check all caulking, check for stress cracks, holes and weak points.  Provide maintenance as required.  Recommend twice yearly. 

Leaks repaired, water pump replacement, some water heater issues resolved.

Battery replacement, panel box lugs torqued, connectors cleaned, other potential issues
